Speaking with David Fricke of Rolling Stone, Radiohead have announced they will head back into the studio this winter to record the follow-up to this years release, The King of Limbs.

Rapper Rick Ross was on board a plane yesterday going to Memphis for a gig when he suffered a seizure and went unconscious. The plane made an emergency landing for Ross to be taken to the hospital for treatments. After Ross was released from the hospital, he was scheduled to play a gig at University of Memphis. Ross hopped back onto another plane and suffered another medical scare which forced his plane to land again and be taken to an ER in Birmingham, Alabama.

Here we go again, another round of Stone Roses reunion rumors. The reunion rumor heated up yesterday, with a major music publicist refusing to confirm or deny that Tuesday a major British band will make an announcement that would indeed be declaring the band's return. Last April news began to boil again about a reunion of the legendary Manchester band after the members buried the hatchet.

Metric will be the next band to jump into the film-scoring world as they will lend their talents to score the forthcoming David Cronenberg film Cosmopolis.

Frank Turner will release a rarities / B-sides collection next month entitled, The Second Three Years.

Pulp front man Jarvis Cocker will lend his talents to the publishing world as he will become the book editor-at-large for Faber and Faber. Jarvis' role is to acquire books for a small list at Faber from January 2012.

Paul Simon is going to celebrate the 25th anniversary of his iconic solo album, Graceland by taking the record on tour next year.

Michael Winterbottom has been tapped to direct the Liam Gallagher produced Beatles film about Apple records entitled, The Longest Cocktail Party. The film, based on Richard DiLello's book of the same name chronicles his memoir from 1968 to The Beatles' break-up in 1970. No casting nor release date has been set.

Damon Albarn has one of the most vivid imaginations is all of music and we love him for it. The singer wants to create a period piece musical based on his band Blur's 1995 opus, The Great Escape. Albarn has already contributed his talents to the opera's Monkey: Journey to the West and this summer's Dr. Dee.
