Iggy and the Stooges have finished their latest record, the album, Ready to Die will be released later this year. It is the punk legends first album since 2007's The Weirdness.

Taking to Tumblr, Brian Fallon of Gaslight Anthem confirmed he is making a solo record, as well as writing new Gaslight material. Fallon said, "I’m definitely on a new page, and I have to start there. So, I’m going to make a record by myself, hopefully sometime this year. I’ve just started to work on these songs now, as well as new Gaslight Anthem songs for our next record."
