Taking to Instagram over the weekend, Justin Timberlake announced that the second part of his 20/20 Experience album will be out in September.
Following Sunday's marathon of performing their song "Sorrow" at MoMa PS1 for six hours straight, The National released a press statement about the event and said, "Thanks to those of you who stopped by to share some Sorrows with us and thanks to Ragnar for bringing us into this experiment. Eventually the performance will become part of an exhibition, and we'll be sure to send details when we know more."
Death From Above 1979 have dropped out of their appearance at this years Governor's Ball because they are working on a new album. This record will be the Canadian duo's first in almost a decade.
According to a 60 Minutes report, former President Bill Clinton tried to get Led Zeppelin to reunite for the 12/12/12 Concert that took place in New York City last year to raise money for victims of Hurricane Sandy. Zeppelin clearly declined the invite.
At a concert in Hong Kong on Sunday, Damon Albarn claimed that Blur are recording new material. Albarn said during the bands set, "So we have a week in Hong Kong, and we thought it would be a good time to try and record another record."
In a newsletter to fans, Spoon have confirmed they are working a new album. No release date has been set.
