Rising Artist: World's Fair

Queens has a long history of hip-hop artists, from Run DMC, LL Cool J, A Tribe Called Quest, Nas, and currently Action Bronson and now, World's Fair. World's Fair are a six piece collective from all over the borough that brought us lyrical legends and combine various styles of rap from party anthems, to introspective looks inside a poor life to living large and simply being there for your friends and people. The group, who caught attention over the summer by being hand selected by Glassjaw to open to for the Long Island hardcore legends Converse Rubber Tracks show in Brooklyn and also signing to A-Trak's Fool's Gold records, the collective have been hitting up small festivals and large gigs to get their name across. Now, since releasing their Fool's Gold debut, World's Fair are looking to broaden their audiences beyond New York City.
