Rising Artist: Eagulls

What if the Stone Roses sounded like The Strokes? What if Britpop merged with American rock? If that idea ever crossed your mind, then Eagulls are your band. Hailing from Leeds, England, Eagulls combine the slick and melodic ideas of Britpop's glory days and combine it with the early 2000's garage rock revolution that began in New York City. The band has been around since 2011 and have been making a name for themselves with their sound and style. Their live shows have gained them so much attention, it landed them on stage performing at The Ed Sullivan Theater for a January taping of Letterman. Last month, they released their fantastic debut album and took SXSW by storm and now, Eagulls are ready to fly into the big time after years of building their name.
