Legendary producer Rick Rubin has filed to legally change his name. His birth name was Fredrick Jay Rubin, through his entire career he has gone by Rick, and will now seek to make that his permanent name.
Speaking to BB6 Music, Johnny Greenwood has confirmed that Radiohead are going to hit the studio in September saying, "We're going to start up in September, playing, rehearsing and recording and see how it's sounding."
Speaking to Billboard, Dave Grohl talked about the method behind the new Foo Fighters album, which arrives in November, and the catalyst for filming themselves for an upcoming HBO documentary, Sonic Highways. He said, "We could just go make another record in the studio, hit the road and sell a bunch of T-shirts. It's all about reinventing the process."
