Sad news to report, Suicidal Tenancies bassist Tim "Rawbiz" Williams has passed away. The band released a statement on their website saying, ""It's with complete sadness that we have to announce the passing of bassist Tim 'Rawbiz' Williams. Tim played bass for Suicidal Tendencies for almost four years until recently. Tim was a monster on bass, running around on stage in the pit, giving his all, even when his body wasn't at its best. We will always remember him and appreciate all the kind words by those that were touched by his bass playing and him personally." No cause of death has been revealed.

Weezer's Rivers Cuomo will be the subject of a new Fox series called Detour, which chronicles his life outside of the band. The series is set to air sometime next year.

Bruce Springsteen can now add author to his resume. The iconic singer will release his first graphic novel called Outlaw Pete, based on the title of the character from his album Working on a Dream. The novel will arrive in November.

Kim Deal has confirmed to Rolling Stone that The Breeders are currently in the studio working on a new album. No word yet as to when the record will arrive.
