Quick News

After breaking up in almost four years ago, Ween are reuniting next year for a tour.

British band Dry the River are breaking up. The band announced the news via Facebook, saying: "We've had an incredible seven years, but we've decided it's time to move on to new endeavors. This message is a thank you, really – your figurative and literal support has single-handedly kept us going."

Speaking to Neil Turbin, King Diamond guitarist Andy LaRocque said that the band will begin working on a new album in February.

Speaking to NME, Brandon Flowers said that The Killers may return next year with a new album. The singer said: "We’re writing - we’re in the early stages. In a perfect world" fans will be able to hear new music "at the end of 2016 maybe. If The Killers want to take a year or two off then there’s no reason for me not to make a solo record but if the fires are burning in the band then there will be a Killers record."

In an interview with i-D, Missy Elliot said it was Pharrell that was a major catalyst for her comeback after appearing at the Super Bowl earlier this year.  She said: ""After the Super Bowl, he hit me up like 'Yo, what are you doing?'... He said 'I'm not trying to push you, but people miss you. Do you see what happened out there? Have you seen the charts?' He was like 'I want to get in the studio with you.' Who turns down Pharrell?" She added: "He said to me, 'You call me any time you feel like that, because I have went through that same thing in my life and I want to make sure I pull you up. I've been there and I know what that feels like.'"
