In July, Radiohead will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their landmark album, OK Computer, with a super deluxe edition of the record. The reissue called OKNOTOK, will feature the remastered album, demos, B-sides, and three unreleased tracks.

At the end of the month, Arcade Fire’s Win Butler and RĂ©gine Chassagne will be honored by the Quebec government “outstanding contributions to the diversity and vitality of Quebec culture." The band, who hails from Montreal, have called Canada home since they formed 16 years ago.

As fans have patiently waited for the new Chromatics record, Dear Tommy, to arrive, the manager of Johnny Jewel, the brainchild of the band, took to Twitter Thursday to clarify the delay. Alexis Rivera said that on Christmas 2015, Jewel faced a near death experience in Hawaii and when he returned home from the trip, he destroyed every copy of the record and started from scratch. In a tweet to Pitchfork, she said: "Dear Tommy has the same titles, same lyrics, same track order, as when it was announced Dec of 2014. Nothing's changed except it's better."

Following the passing of drummer Bill Tolley, Internal Bleeding will carry on as a band. In a press statement, the band said: "Bill was having trouble getting all the vacation time needed to complete the tour, so we had a backup drummer in place and ready to go. He will be filling in. Bill would want it no other way. When we were discussing the problems with his vacation, he told Chris [Pervelis] something along the lines of, ‘You’ve gotta do it, bro. Fuck it, no matter what happens, Internal Bleeding needs to go on. You gotta do it, asshole.’ So we think it’s only appropriate that we do this tour, continue with the band, and continue to release music in Bill’s memory, and in the memory for all those metalhead men and women who have fallen. There is no other way. Metal is our life. Our love. Our passion. And to our fans, you are family: we don’t leave family hanging. We got your back, because you always had ours. Our backup drummer will be announced soon. Out of respect to Bill, please don’t ask. Love and metal always: Chris, Shaun, Chris, and Joe.”

Two members of Band of Horses simultaneously quit the band Tuesday with each posting on social media about their departure. First it was guitarist,  Tyler Ramsey, then bassist Bill Reynolds. Read their statements below:
