Judas Priest guitarist Glenn Tipton has been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. The iconic axeman will not be touring with his band anymore and has been replaced on stage by Andy Sneap.

It seems as if Black Star will return this year, according to reports after a Reddit user posted an announcement on the forum site. In the post, their was audio which has a man who appears to be Yasiin Bey aka Mos Def, say, "New Black Star with Madlib, Talib Kweli, Yasiin, coming soon!" The project will reportedly be done by Madlib. Kweli, Bey, nor Madlib have commented on the rumor. Black Star’s only album, Mos Def & Talib Kweli Are Black Star, was released in 1998 on Rawkus Records.
